thanksgiving turkey?!?!?

This year I want to make the perfect turkey for my family and friends on Thanksgiving. I want moist and savory white meat & dark meat, I want a golden-brown flavorful skin, and a good way to cook it. any ideas, family recipes? the bird i get is generally more than 20 pounds... so please give me the temperature, cooking method, anything to help make this turkey day the most delicious :] -Carleyyy-
